Terms

This page outlines the main terms for registration, placing orders, and paying for goods in the ORMIX online store.

Registration

To become a user of the SIA "ORMIX Electronics" system, please complete the registration form.

  • If you represent a company, choose the form for legal entities.
  • If you are a private customer, choose the form for natural persons.

The registration form must be completed using Latin characters. Company details must match the information registered in the Company Register. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Registration details can be updated later if needed.

After we receive your form, we will register you automatically and send a confirmation email with your assigned customer login and password. We reserve the right to refuse registration if the submitted information is false or inaccurate.

Online Orders

Orders in the ORMIX system are processed in real time, so you can always see current stock availability and pricing.

  • You can check whether an item is in stock in Riga and whether it can usually be received within 24 hours.
  • To reserve an item, you must complete the order. Adding an item to the basket without completing checkout does not reserve it.
  • The system is not updated during weekends and holidays, so current stock figures may not always be exact.

After you place an order, a confirmation is sent to your email address. Once your order has been prepared, our managers will contact you and you will be able to receive the goods and pay using the selected payment method.

The ORMIX system also allows you to order a larger quantity than is currently available in the Riga warehouse. In that case, our managers will contact you or send information by email about the delivery time for the missing quantity. Because market conditions may change, the price for that additional quantity may differ from the price shown on the website. The price for goods that are already available in the Riga warehouse does not change after your order has been completed.

Payment Terms

Ordered goods can be paid for using one of the following methods:

  • Cash or bank card payment in our retail store.
  • Bank transfer to the current account of SIA ORMIX Electronics.

When collecting the order in our store, you can pay in cash or by bank card and receive a cash register receipt.

After the order is placed, a proforma invoice will be sent to your email address. Once the payment has been received in the bank account of SIA ORMIX Electronics, you can collect the order in our store or arrange delivery.

Deferred Payment

Companies that have signed a Client Agreement with SIA ORMIX Electronics may order goods and services with deferred payment terms.

The credit limit is defined in the Client Agreement. In such cases, payment is made after receiving the goods or services, according to the delivery note or invoice.
